4 Tools I Use for Social Media Management!
It's been said time and time again, if you don't have the right tools, you will not succeed. The same goes for social media management. If you don't have the right things in place (a website, funnel, a budget, lead magnets, landing pages, etc) you will not succeed. As my dad likes to say, there are different ways to skin a cat (that line still makes me cringe). There are some tools I use to ensure that my clients are happy with my work. In this blog post, I've laid out a few, you can use either in addition to what you are already doing or as a guide.
1. Canva!
This is not meant to go in a particular order, but when I came up with this list the first tool that came to mind was Canva. Canva is an amazing all around tool to use as far as editing, creating, and changing graphics for social media. There are other equally as good competitors out there, but what I love about Canva is the ease of use and the drag and drop templates. Even if you aren't a graphic designer, you can easily make your graphics just as good. It's easy to get creative with Canva!
2. Planable!
While everyone is using Hootsuite, Planoly, Tailwind, Later, Buffer, AgoraPost, Sensible, and Sprout Social. I like to use Planable. Planable is such an incredible scheduling tool, they are always making changes as well. Not only can you do a team for each company/location/brand, but they have built-in post-approval and a way to post to personal LinkedIn pages. They also just released scheduling for stories on Facebook and Instagram as well. I love it because I am a fan of ease of use, and it's very dependable. It also never breaks down.
3. Unsplash!
Only Pexels comes in a close second to this incredible FREE stock photo site. Seriously, you can download everything off of there for free, (give credit of course). These HQ stock photos are truly one of a kind, I've used this site so many times for many of the graphics I have made on these blog posts. Unsplash has a large selection of pictures in many different categories. Pexels and Pixabay are two other amazing stock photo sites that are free! Bonus: They also do free stock videos too! If you have a need for creating a video on the fly, these are great websites to use!
4. Square Fit!
Square Fit is an amazing tool that I love to use to create videos on the fly. Take some videos you already have and upload it to the Square Fit app. You can then create some viral worthy graphics on top of the video. They have a lot of features that are free, and are amazing, but you will have to pay a fee for the more complex and cool looking premium features. You can add a lot of text, pictures, and other graphics to your video to make it stand out!

5. MySubtitle
I've just started using this tool recently for videos and it works wonders! I love the ease of use, the different backgrounds, and fonts you can use for the subtitles as well. Since subtitles/closed captioning, are becoming exponentially more of a necessity in social media videos these days, this would be an amazing tool to try out. The only downside I saw to this is that it's incredibly labor intensive. If you do not have one or two hours to kill to transcribe your 1 min video that you want to make on social media, then you might want to pass this task to someone else.
